CIVILIZATION DAYDREAMS
FAN ART AND COMIC CONTEST

To enter the Civilization Daydreams Fan Art and Comic Contest (“Contest”), fill out your contact information below and return with your original piece of artwork (comic strip, cartoon, drawing, etc.) set within the world of Sid Meier’s Civilization. The artwork must be legible and, if sent by email, it must be in jpeg file format and its file size must be no greater than 2MB. If sent by mail, the artwork must be limited to one (1) 8.5x11 inch sheet of paper. Entry forms along with artwork may be submitted by email to civcontest@2kgames.com or may be mailed in an envelope with sufficient postage to: Civilization Daydreams Art and Comic Contest, Firaxis Games, 11350 McCormick Road, Executive Plaza 3, 11th Floor, Hunt Valley, Maryland 21031. Entry information and artwork shall be collectively referred to herein as “Submission.”

By entering this Contest, I hereby certify the following with respect to the non-Civilization® elements of my Submission: (a) I am the sole and exclusive owner of the Submission; (b) the Submission is my own original creation (c) the Submission will not infringe on any rights of any third parties; (d) any non-historical third parties appearing or depicted in the Submission have given entrant appropriate consent (if necessary) to be used as permitted herein (note that a third-party release may be necessary in order to be designated as a winner); and (e) the Submission will not promote a product or service (besides Civilization®) in any way. I have read and understand the Contest’s Official Rules, located at www.civilization.com/daydreams, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions’ of judges, which shall be final and binding in all matters related to the Contest.

In return for my participation in Contest and/or my acceptance of prize (if I should be confirmed as a winner), I hereby grant to Firaxis Games (“Sponsor’) the right to use my name, address (city and state), likeness, photograph, picture, portrait, voice, biographical information, Submission and/or any statements made by me regarding the Contest or Sponsor for any legal purpose whatsoever, including advertising, promotion and trade, in any media now known or hereafter invented, without notice or additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
